Happy 20th, CPAN!

The Comprehensive Perl Archive Network officially reached its 20th year of existence this August the 16th. 

Initially designed as a medium to gather, mirror and disseminate open source Perl packages, CPAN gradually evolved into a community of professionals dealing with the development of better packaging and establishing module naming conventions. In its long and prosperous existence, CPAN managed to create an active community, both a pillar and an online library in the Perl universe involving all the parties in feedback, testing, and contributions.
